Product Detail

The Charvel Pro - Mod DK24 HH FR Electric Guitar in Dark Amber is a remarkable blend of elegance and high - performance. Ideal for versatile players with boundless musical visions. It features a 25.5” scale length, a Mahogany Dinky® body with a scalloped lower back bout and a quilt maple top. The bolt - on maple neck has graphite reinforcement and a hand - rubbed satin urethane finish on the back. With a shredder’s cut heel, a 12” - 16” compound radius maple fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets and offset black dot inlays. The heel - mount truss rod adjustment wheel makes tuning easy. It comes with an HH pickup configuration, including Seymour Duncan® Full Shred™ SH - 10B at the bridge and Seymour Duncan Alnico II™ Pro APH - 1N at the neck. The five - way blade switch, volume control with a 500K EVH® Bourns™ low friction potentiometer, and no - load tone control offer great sound customization. The Floyd Rose® 1000 Series double - locking tremolo bridge system provides excellent stability. It has Charvel - branded sealed die - cast tuners and standard strap buttons. Available in Dark Amber with satin gold hardware. Series: Pro - Mod, Orientation: Right - Hand, Color: Dark Amber, Country of Origin: MX.

Using this Charvel electric guitar is a breeze. First, make sure the strings are properly tuned using the Charvel - branded die - cast tuners. You can adjust the truss rod easily with the heel - mount truss rod adjustment wheel if you notice any issues with the neck curvature. When it comes to sound, use the five - way blade switch to choose different pickup combinations. Position 1 gives you the full bridge pickup sound, great for heavy riffs. Position 5 offers the full neck pickup sound, which is softer and warmer. The volume and tone controls let you fine - tune your sound. For the Floyd Rose® tremolo bridge, use the tremolo arm carefully to create vibrato effects, but be aware that it might require some practice to master. As for maintenance, keep the guitar in a dry and clean place. Wipe it down after each use with a soft cloth to remove sweat and dirt. Check the strings regularly and replace them when they start to sound dull or show signs of wear. If you're not using the guitar for a long time, loosen the strings a bit to relieve stress on the neck.
