Product Detail

You don't have to break the bank for a great - sounding guitar. The Ibanez GIO series is designed for players who crave Ibanez quality at an affordable price. These guitars not only look and play better than others in their price range but also come with the same rigorous inspection, set - up, and warranty as Ibanez's high - end models. It features a GRX Maple neck, a Quilted Maple Art Grain top on a Poplar body, and a Treated New Zealand Pine fretboard with White dot inlay. Medium frets, a FAT - 6 tremolo bridge, and Infinity pickups (R for neck and bridge, RS for middle, all passive/ceramic) ensure great sound. Factory tuning is 1E, 2B, 3G, 4D, 5A, 6E, and the string gauge is .009/.011/.016/.024/.032/.042. The hardware color is Chrome. PLU: GRX70QATKS.

Using your Ibanez GRX70QA - TKS Gio Electric Guitar is a breeze. First, make sure the guitar is tuned to the factory setting of 1E, 2B, 3G, 4D, 5A, 6E. You can use a tuner for this. When you play, the different pickups (neck, middle, and bridge) will give you various tones. Try switching between them to find the sound you like. For example, the neck pickup often gives a warmer sound, while the bridge pickup can be brighter. When not in use, keep your guitar in a guitar case to protect it from dust and damage. Wipe the strings with a soft cloth after each use to prevent corrosion. Every few months, you may want to change the strings for better sound and playability. Also, make sure to keep the guitar in a place with stable temperature and humidity to avoid warping of the neck or body.
