These are Japanese White Oak 747 Neil Peart wood tip drumsticks. Neil Peart, along with his band RUSH, created some of the most daring music in the modern rock era. Similar to 5A drumsticks but longer, with a thicker taper and a larger tip, they are highly versatile. You can use them for quiet performances or when you need more volume.
