The Parker Oboe is an outstanding legato oboe library played by Dr. Andrew Parker, an Associate Professor of Oboe at the University of Texas. Recorded at Orb Studios in Austin, Texas, our aim was to craft a responsive and agile instrument suitable for various exciting orchestral settings without keyswitching. The Workhorse patch is a versatile all - rounder, performed with a confident mezzo - forte dynamic. For the Emotional and Delicate patches, playing legato at velocities 1 - 89 activates performances with natural, progressive vibrato, while 90 - 127 play back performances with a quicker vibrato entrance, enabling you to enhance vibrato phrasing on the fly. The Breaths patch is a collection of inhales from the session. Integrating breaths before or between phrases can add presence and authenticity to your mockup.
