Using the Fiedler Audio Gravitas MDS is easy. First, decide which track format you're working with, whether it's mono, stereo, or multi - channel. Just select the appropriate settings in the input configuration dialog. If you're using it for mastering, start with gentle settings to get that transparent sound. You can gradually adjust the compression and expansion to shape the dynamic range. For drums, increase the compression to add punch. When using it in the Dolby Atmos Composer, it will automatically handle the complex channel dynamics. Be careful not to over - compress, as it might distort the sound. Also, make sure your DAW supports the number of channels you want to use, especially for the external side chain. To keep it in good condition, just make sure your computer's software and audio drivers are up - to - date. There's no special maintenance required other than that.
