Product Detail

The Space Controller Standard is the ultimate solution for panning sounds in surround. Simply connect your mobile device to a DAW, use it as a movement reader, and pan sounds precisely to where you're pointing. This product comes in two versions: Standard and Studio. The Standard version features Bluetooth, supports Stereo, Binaural, FOA, 5.1, and is perfect for home studios. The Studio version offers Wi - Fi + Bluetooth, supports a wide range of surround formats up to Ambisonics 6th order, and is great for mixing stages. With Sound Particles' patent - pending technology, you can control sounds with the palm of your hand by connecting a mobile device and its motion sensors to any DAW. It revolutionizes sound panning, making it easier to work with surround or 3D sound compared to traditional methods. It has Cube and Sphere Modes for different workflows, and allows you to control sound in various ways, like as a single mono source or independent channels. You can use one or multiple mobile devices to control tracks. Even without the mobile device, it can be used as a regular 3D panner plugin. Connect easily via Bluetooth or Wi - Fi. It also has features like size adjustment, position locks, multiple modes, independent input/output, multiple views, and supports various audio formats, including iPod touch.

Using the Space Controller Standard is super easy. First, connect your mobile device (it can even be an iPod touch) to your DAW. You can use Bluetooth for a simple connection, but if you're in a professional studio with computers in different rooms, Wi - Fi is a better choice. Once connected, your mobile device acts as a movement reader. Just move your hand, and the sound will pan to where you're pointing. You can control a single mono source, independent channels, or rotate entire soundfields. There are two main modes - Cube and Sphere. If you're working with Ambisonics or VR, choose the Sphere Mode. For a more traditional approach, go for the Cube Mode. You can also select different views to see where the sound is placed. When it comes to using multiple devices, you can control different channels with each one, like using one for the left and one for the right. Remember, if you want to adjust the width of the sound, you can change the size of the sources. And you can hold position - related parameters in either Cube or Sphere modes. As for maintenance, keep your mobile device updated and make sure your DAW software is also up - to - date. This will ensure smooth operation and access to all the features.
