Product Detail
reTune offers you instant access to the pitch of your Format - Audio samples. It enables real - time mapping of each input pitch to any pitch on the chromatic scale. You can easily re - tune your Format - Audio to a new key, like shifting from D major to C# minor, or use it creatively to tweak the pitch as you wish. If you're unsure about the key of your input audio, reTune can estimate it for you. Besides, it acts as a pitch corrector, quantizing pitches to the nearest semitone. You can control the sensitivity of pitch corrections, handle transients, and smooth pitch contours. Features include real - time processing, automatic input key detection with zplane's TONART V2, fully configurable pitch mapping, presets for various scales, and controls for pitch detection and correction. It comes in AAX, Format - AU & VST plugin formats, has a 140ms latency, requires a minimum 2GHz CPU, and supports OSX 10.8 and Windows 7.
Using Zplane reTune is quite straightforward. First, load your Format - Audio samples into the plugin. If you don't know the key of your audio, let reTune automatically detect it for you. Then, you can start mapping the input pitches to the desired output pitches on the chromatic scale. You can choose from presets for different scales like major, minor, or chromatic to quickly get the sound you want. To correct the pitch, simply use the pitch correction feature, and adjust the sensitivity, transient levels, and pitch contour smoothing according to your preference. When using it, make sure your system meets the minimum requirements of a 2GHz CPU and either OSX 10.8 or Windows 7. For maintenance, keep your plugin updated to ensure it runs smoothly and takes advantage of any new features or bug fixes.
