Recorded at Sonic Debris Studios in New York, the kit combines Dan Korneff's favorite drums. It emphasizes a small - tight sound but is extremely versatile. Recorded through a vintage SSL 4000 E/G console with gain cranked for a gritty, raw sound and natural hit inconsistencies. The room sound, recorded on Neumann U - 87’s and processed with a vintage SSL talkback compressor, allows for a wide range of classic and modern drum sounds.
