Product Detail

This amazing pack includes four unique instruments: Celesta, Glockenspiel, Toy Piano, and Kalimba. The Celesta looks like an acoustic upright piano. Its metal plates are struck by felt hammers similar to piano hammers, and it has a sustain pedal. The sound is soft and delicate. The Pianoteq virtual version is based on a modern five - octave German brand. The Glockenspiel, made of metal plates hit by hard metal mallets, is smaller and higher in pitch with a brilliant timbre. The Pianoteq copy, modeled after a modern French brand, covers four octaves. The Toy Piano, often a child's toy, is usually no more than 50 cm wide. Its small hammers strike metal rods, creating a unique sound similar to the Celesta or Glockenspiel. The Pianoteq virtual Toy Piano is based on a two - octave Michelsonne model and extended to four octaves. The Kalimba, also called Mbira, is a small handheld African instrument made of a wooden board with staggered metal tines. The Pianoteq virtual Kalimba has a default range of 20 notes, extendable to 88 notes. These instruments are featured in famous works. Thanks to Pianoteq's physical model, they come in several variants with an exclusive humanization feature for the strike point, making the sound more expressive. You can also add traditional piano features like damping, sustain pedal, and soft pedal.

Using this instrument pack is easy. First, select the instrument you want to play in the Pianoteq software. For the Celesta, Glockenspiel, and Toy Piano, just use your computer keyboard or a MIDI controller to play notes, just like you would on a regular piano. For the Kalimba, you can also use the keyboard or controller to mimic the hand - played experience. When using the sustain pedal feature, it will hold the notes just like on a real piano. As for the soft pedal, it will soften the sound. There aren't many special maintenance requirements since it's a virtual instrument pack. But make sure your computer has enough storage space and a stable power supply to avoid any glitches. Also, keep your Pianoteq software updated to ensure the best performance. When you're done playing, simply close the software. Enjoy creating beautiful music with these wonderful instruments!
