This guitar features a Cutaway Dreadnought body with a solid Mahogany top, Mahogany back and sides, and X Bracing. It has a Mahogany neck, Ovangkol fretboard and bridge, Chrome Die-cast tuners, 20 frets, Ibanez Advantage™ bridge pins, and D'Addario® EXP™ strings. The Fishman® Sonicore pickup and Ibanez AEQ - SP2 preamp with an onboard tuner provide great sound. It offers Balanced XLR & 1/4' outputs and runs on a 9V battery. The finish on the top, back, sides, and neck back is Open Pore.

Using your Ibanez Artwood 12 - string acoustic/electric guitar is easy. First, make sure the 9V battery is installed in the preamp. Then, you can use the onboard tuner to get your strings in tune. You can connect the guitar to an amplifier using either the Balanced XLR or 1/4' output. When playing, use the preamp controls to adjust the tone to your liking. For maintenance, keep the guitar in a dry and stable environment to prevent the wood from warping. Wipe the strings with a clean cloth after each use to remove sweat and dirt. Also, check the tuning machines regularly to ensure they're working properly. If you need to change the strings, use D'Addario® EXP™ strings for the best sound. When changing the strings, be careful with the Ibanez Advantage™ bridge pins, and make sure to install them correctly.
