Using your Charvel Pro - Mod San Dimas SD1 HH FR Electric Guitar is a breeze. First, make sure your strings are properly tuned using the Charvel® - branded die - cast tuning machines. When you're ready to play, you can switch between different pickup configurations using the 3 - position blade switch to get the sound you want. For high - speed riffs, the fast speed neck with rolled fingerboard edges will give you smooth playability. As for maintenance, keep your guitar in a dry place to prevent the wood from warping. Wipe down the strings after each use with a clean cloth to remove sweat and dirt. Check the truss rod adjustment wheel periodically to ensure the neck is in the right shape. If you use the Floyd Rose® 1000 Series double - locking tremolo, be gentle with it to avoid any damage. And remember, always use the correct string gauges (nickel - plated steel.009 -.042) for the best performance.
