Product Detail

Ibanez's philosophy of 'a modern approach to acoustic guitar tradition' shines in their acoustic bass collection. These basses offer amazing tone, stylish looks, and great playability at an unbeatable price. They're perfect for various musical settings, inspiring your creativity. The AEB10E-DVS features an AEB body shape, a spruce top, sapele back and sides, and X bracing. It has a mahogany neck, purpleheart fretboard and bridge, ivory body binding, and a multi back strip inlay. The abalone soundhole rosette adds a touch of elegance. With chrome die-cast tuners, 22 frets, a plastic saddle, black bridge pins with white dots, and coated bronze strings, it's well - equipped. The Fishman® Sonicore pickup and Ibanez AEQ - SP2 preamp with an onboard tuner ensure excellent sound output through balanced XLR and 1/4' outputs. It runs on a 9V battery, and has a gloss finish on the top, back, sides, and neck back. PLU: AEB10EDVS.

Using your Ibanez AEB10E - DVS acoustic/electric bass is a breeze. First, make sure you have a 9V battery installed in the preamp. You can use the onboard tuner to get your strings in tune quickly. When you're ready to play, plug in your instrument using either the balanced XLR or 1/4' output, depending on your amplifier or sound system. For a great sound, adjust the controls on the preamp to suit your playing style and the venue. As for maintenance, keep your bass clean by wiping it down after each use with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures and humidity, as this can damage the wood and affect the sound. Check the strings regularly and replace them when they start to sound dull or lose their tension. Also, make sure to keep the tuning machines well - lubricated to ensure smooth tuning.
