The Mano Percussion 1789 Bongos are a great choice for percussion lovers. With 8” and 9” drums featuring chrome - finished curved rims and natural skin heads, they produce a full - bodied and articulate sound. These bongos have traditional 7” & 8” rims for an authentic look and feel.

Using these bongos is easy. Just sit comfortably, place the bongos between your legs, and use your hands to strike the heads. For a deeper sound, hit the center of the head, and for a brighter sound, strike near the edge. When not in use, keep them in a dry and cool place to prevent the natural skin heads from drying out or warping. Avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures or humidity. To clean, use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the heads and rims gently. If the heads need tuning, you can adjust the tension rods carefully, but be careful not to over - tighten as it may damage the heads.
