Product Detail

To mark the 40th anniversary of BOSS compact pedals, BOSS and JHS Pedals, two industry leaders, have joined forces in a remarkable creative collaboration. The JB - 2 Angry Driver, housed in the classic BOSS compact design, combines the tones of the iconic BOSS BD - 2 Blues Driver with JHS Pedals’ well - loved Angry Charlie. Together, they've developed a brand - new combined circuit with refined sound and performance, ideal for dual - mode drive operation. This pedal features three dual - concentric knobs, offering independent control of drive, tone, and level for each overdrive type. A six - position mode selector allows you to use each overdrive separately or combine them in series and parallel for unique sounds. You can blend the Blues Driver’s expressive low - to - mid gain tones with the Angry Charlie’s aggressive rock voice in countless ways, getting unmatched range and versatility from a single pedal. It's an all - new overdrive pedal with a wide tonal range. It also has a mode to switch between BOSS and JHS overdrives using the built - in pedal switch. There's a remote switch jack for external control, and a multi - color LED indicator shows different modes. It comes with a BOSS five - year warranty.

Using the JB - 2 Angry Driver is easy. First, plug it into your guitar setup. You can adjust the drive, tone, and level for each overdrive type using the three dual - concentric knobs. Use the six - position mode selector to choose how you want to use the overdrives - either separately or combined. If you want to switch between BOSS and JHS overdrives quickly, use the built - in pedal switch. You can also use an optional footswitch or effects switching system with the remote switch jack. When it comes to maintenance, keep it clean and dry. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or moisture. If you're not using it for a long time, unplug it. And remember, it has a BOSS five - year warranty, so if there are any issues, you're covered.
