Product Detail

Ever wished you had an acoustic guitar when you're on stage or in the studio with just your electric guitar? For musicians on the go, lugging an extra guitar isn't ideal. Enter the BOSS AC-3! This compact pedal uses COSM® modeling to turn any electric guitar into various gorgeous acoustic guitars. It features BOSS's most advanced acoustic - guitar modeling in a small package. There are four simulation modes: Standard, Jumbo, Enhanced, and Piezo - equipped. Fine - tune the virtual - body resonance with the Top and Body knobs. It also has a built - in reverb optimized for acoustic - guitar simulation. BOSS's COSM Acoustic - Modeling technology in the AC - 3 is highly precise and realistic, derived from the top - of - the - line AD - 8. The Piezo - equipped mode gives that distinct direct piezo sound. With the Top and Body controls, you can easily shape the acoustic models. The built - in digital reverb adds depth and warmth, like getting two pedals in one. It also offers versatile output paths, allowing connections to a standard guitar amp and direct input devices like a PA or recorder. PLU: AC3

Using the BOSS AC - 3 is a breeze. First, connect your electric guitar to the pedal. Then, choose one of the four simulation modes (Standard, Jumbo, Enhanced, or Piezo - equipped) according to the sound you want. Use the Top and Body knobs to fine - tune the resonance of the virtual acoustic body. You can also turn on the built - in reverb to add depth to the sound. For output, you can connect it to a standard guitar amp and a direct input device like a PA or recorder. When using, keep it in a dry and clean place. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or humidity. If it gets dirty, use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe it. Make sure to turn it off when not in use to save power and prolong its lifespan.
