Product Detail

The KLASSIK 106 is an amazing virtual analog synthesizer. It's the first Juno - 106 Kontakt library developed with Kontakt's new wavetable engine. Alongside the iconic Synth 106, it comes with an FX chain of 5 effects that mimic vintage units, including Tape Delay 201, Spring Reverb, Equalizer 611, G - Compressor, and Tube Overdrive. The synth engine replicates the famous '80s 106 with a modern twist. It offers 3 waveforms (PWM, Saw, Sub), user access to the waveforms mixer, and a graphic visualizer for the square waveform Pulse Width. The classic 106 Arpeggiator is tempo - synced, the LFO can be switched from Free to Tempo Sync, and it has the well - known on - board Chorus 1 and 2. The 201 Tape Delay module goes beyond replicating the famous unit, with a tempo - synced repeat rate and individual access to echo level and feedback time on each of the 3 tape heads. The EQ 611 and G - Compressor are faithful emulations of classic effect units. Whether you're familiar with vintage synths or new to them, it's user - friendly. KLASSIK 106 is perfect for live performances as all controls are easily assignable to any MIDI controller.

Using the KLASSIK 106 is a breeze. First, if you're new to it, just hover your mouse over the GUI elements and you'll get useful info about their functions in the bottom panel. When using the synth engine, you can choose from 3 waveforms and use the mixer to customize your sound. The Arpeggiator and LFO have tempo - sync options for better rhythm control. For the FX chain, adjust the settings of each effect like Tape Delay 201, Spring Reverb, etc., to get the desired sound. In live performance setups, assign the knobs, faders, and buttons to your MIDI controller easily. As for maintenance, keep your software updated to ensure the best performance. Also, make sure your computer meets the recommended system requirements to avoid any glitches.
