Product Detail

Based on the legendary Echoplex guitar pedal, this tape delay effect was a favorite among the most famous guitarists of the 60s and 70s. It offers tempo-syncable echo timing and can switch from stereo to mono. Use the tone and variation knobs for creative feedback echoes, and the sustain knob to create endless delay tails. Turning the Echo Time knob during playback or via automation produces cool tape-style effects popular in dub and experimental music. Features include adjustable echo time from 0001 ms to 1000 ms, tone control, tape variation emulation, feedback increase, BPM sync, ping-pong delay switch, dry/wet mix, and output level control. System requirements are OS X 10.9 or above, Windows 7 and above, 2 GB RAM minimum, 32 & 64-bit support, and authorization for up to 5 computers.

Using the Plug-and-Play Echoflex is a breeze. First, make sure your system meets the requirements: OS X 10.9 or higher, Windows 7 or higher, at least 2 GB of RAM, and 32 or 64-bit support. Once you've installed it and authorized up to 5 computers, you're ready to go. Connect it to your setup and start playing around with the knobs. The Echo Time knob lets you change the echo time from 0001 ms to 1000 ms. If you want to get some interesting tape-style effects, turn this knob while you're playing or use automation. The Tone knob determines the tone of the echoes, so adjust it to get the sound you like. The Variation knob emulates the small differences you'd find in tape-based delay. The Sustain knob increases the feedback, which is great for creating those long, endless delay tails. The Sync button synchronizes the speed of the EchoFlex with your host BPM. Use the Ping-Pong button to switch from a centered delay to a ping-pong delay. The Mix knob controls the dry/wet mix of the plug-in, and the Out knob sets the output level. As for maintenance, keep your system up - to - date with the latest software updates. If you run into any issues, make sure to check the system requirements again to ensure everything is compatible.
