Overloud THU Rig Library: Choptones Soldier SL60

The Soldier SL60 is a TH-U expansion library crafted by Choptones. It accurately recreates the sound of an authentic USA-made Soldano Super Lead 60 SL60 Series 2 all-tube head. This head offers a super gainy, Marshally tone with an immediate and hard-edged attack, ideal for rock and hard rock styles that require strong presence. The library includes 89 rigs, captured using a wide range of cabinets and microphones. Cabinets feature Mesa Boogie, Soldano, EVH, Friedman, Marshall, and Zilla models with different speaker loads. Microphones range from Shure, Sennheiser, Royer to Neumann and others. Pedals like Ibanez TS9, Mesa Flux Drive, and Maxon OD808 are also included.

Using this library is easy. First, install it in your Overloud THU software. When you're ready to play, just select one of the 89 rigs according to your style. If you want to customize the sound, you can try different combinations of cabinets, microphones, and pedals. For example, use the Marshall cabinet for a classic rock tone or the Royer microphone for a warm and smooth sound.
