It has about 20 velocity layers X 4 round robins per drum per position (except 6 vel layers for rides), custom mapping, multiple mapping presets, stereo and multi - output versions, a hihat with 5 openness levels and more. Using the DrumTaste Brush is easy. First, make sure you have the UVI Workstation 3 (version 3.1.6 or later) installed as it comes with the kit. You can start by choosing your preferred mapping preset like GM, V - DRUMS etc. To play the drums, just press the keys on your keyboard or e - drum. For the hihat, you can control its openness level with a controller. When mixing, you can use the stereo or multi - output versions to make things easier. As for maintenance, keep your software updated to ensure the best performance. Also, be careful when handling the virtual samples to avoid any data loss.
