The Hammond B-3X is the first real Hammond organ for Mac and PC. It's a next-level virtual instrument that offers an unmatched degree of realism and detail, fully immersing musicians in the soulful, passionate electro-mechanical Hammond organ experience. Developed in close cooperation with the Hammond Organ Company in Chicago and Suzuki Musical Instruments in Japan, it authentically captures the sound and vibe of the legendary Hammond B-3. IK combines this groundbreaking sound with a full rig FX chain, including stomp effects, a Leslie rotary cabinet, various power amp and cabinet models, a parallel guitar amp, a mixer, and post-mixer effects, recreating the entire signal path of these instruments used in modern music history. In true IK style, it starts with 91 free-running tonewheels, mixes them in real-time for absolute realism, and faithfully recreates tonal filtering, key click, percussion, and chorus-vibrato circuits. You can simulate 'aging' component effects. The controls are designed to mimic a classic B-3 organ with modern convenience, allowing real-time drawbar updates and custom settings. There are also classic organ effects in the STOMPS section, a real Leslie sound in the CABS section with various options for fine-tuning, and 3 rackmount studio effects from T-RackS for a professional finish. With its comprehensive features and authentic 'Hammond' branding, the Hammond B-3X is a truly next-level virtual instrument. System requirements include MacOS 10.10 or later, Windows 7 or later, Intel Core 2 Duo or better, 4GB RAM (8GB recommended), 700MB storage space, an OpenGL 2 compatible graphics adapter, and an ASIO compatible sound card on Windows.
