Product Detail

Dive into 44 years of analog mono synths with two massive virtual instruments. LoFreq Classic features samples from 11 iconic synthesizers made between 1974 and 1995, including the Oberheim SEM, Korg MS-20, and Roland TB-303. These RetroMod LoFreq plug - ins capture the essence of the original instruments through meticulous sampling. A secondary multimode resonant filter adds a modern touch. The second oscillator enriches the sound, and the XY Pad lets you customize the original sound with either subtle or bold colors. With 16 voices of unison and an integrated arpeggiator, you can quickly create pulsing basses, searing leads, and thick pads. The classic instruments were sampled using top - notch equipment like Avalon U5, A - Design Reddi, etc. System requirements include macOS 10.9 or later, Windows 7, 8, 10, and it's tested on Ubuntu 16.04. You'll need an Intel Core 2 Duo 2GHz Processor and 2GB RAM (8GB recommended).

Using Tracktion RetroMod LoFreq Classic is easy. First, make sure your system meets the requirements. Once installed, explore the samples from the 11 classic synthesizers. Use the secondary multimode resonant filter to give your sound a modern update. The second oscillator is great for adding more depth to the sound, so play around with it. The XY Pad is where you can add your personal touch to the sound. If you want to create patterns quickly, use the integrated arpeggiator. For maintenance, keep your software up - to - date. Also, make sure your computer has enough memory as 8GB RAM is recommended. Don't try to run the software on a system that doesn't meet the minimum requirements as it may lead to poor performance.
