The piano was sampled in three articulations: staccato, sustained, and pedalled, offering a wide range of tones. Three microphone positions were used for recording, and you can control and blend them individually to get diverse sounds and effects. With a class - A signal chain, it has a rich, characterful sound. The sampling key range is from A - 1 to C5. The recording equipment includes C414 B - ULS, Neumann KM184 pair, and Neumann U87 AI for different positions, along with quality preamps and converters.
