Product Detail

Upgrade your guitar with our Schaller strap lock set. The solid one-piece strap button, crafted from hardened steel, features a self-tapping wood thread. Just use a 3mm/1/8' Allen key to screw it on. The 4 mm/5/32“ screw fits all existing strap buttons, including Gibson models, for seamless replacement. With more than double the thickness of regular buttons, it offers maximum breakage resistance. High-grade felt washers protect your guitar's finish. The lock has an extended thread length to hold straps up to 6 mm thick. The new stainless-steel slanted locking bolt ensures permanent precision and reliable, wear-free performance. The pull-up ball makes locking and releasing easy. Our new Lock-Wheel comes with a unique 3-Step security function. You can screw it on by hand using the patented self-locking thread. For maximum security, use a 2 mm or 5/64’’ Allen key or screwdriver to tighten it. Attach it permanently with our micro cone-top screw to prevent loss. PLU: SCH14010201

Using the Schaller strap lock is easy. First, for the strap button, grab a 3mm/1/8' Allen key and screw it onto your guitar. The self-tapping wood thread makes it simple to install. The button fits all existing ones, so you don't need to adjust the holes or screws. When using the Lock-Wheel, start by screwing it on by hand. Make sure the round shaping faces the pull-up ball. For extra security, use a 2mm or 5/64’’ Allen key or screwdriver to tighten it up. You can also use the micro cone-top screw to attach it permanently. As for maintenance, keep the lock clean and free from dust. Wipe it down with a soft cloth regularly. If you notice any looseness, just tighten the parts as needed. Always check the felt washers to ensure they're protecting your guitar's finish. That's all you need to know to keep your guitar secure and your strap lock in top shape.
