Product Detail

Discover our new and unique solid one-piece strap button made of hardened steel. It features a self-tapping wood thread. Just use a 3mm/ 1/8' Allen key to screw it on. The 4 mm/ 5/32“ screw with self-tapping thread fits all existing strap buttons, including Gibson ones, allowing for perfect replacement without adjusting existing holes and screws. XL and S versions are also available. With more than double the thickness of regular strap buttons, it offers maximum security against breakage. High-grade felt washers are included to protect your guitar's finish. The lock has an extended thread length to hold straps up to 6 mm thick. The newly designed slanted stainless-steel locking bolt ensures permanent precision, reliable performance, and a wear-free finish. The new pull-up ball makes locking and releasing easy. Our Lock-Wheel comes with a unique 3-Step security function. You can screw it on by hand using the patented self-locking thread (make sure the round shaping faces the pull-up ball) for sufficient protection. Use a 2 mm or 5/64’’ Allen key or screwdriver to tighten it for maximum security. Attach it permanently with our micro cone-top screw so you never lose the wheel! PLU: SCH14010401

Using the Schaller strap locks is a breeze. First, take the strap button and use a 3mm/ 1/8' Allen key to screw it onto your guitar. The self-tapping wood thread makes it easy to install without any complex adjustments. If you want to use the Lock-Wheel, you can start by screwing it on by hand with the round shaping facing the pull-up ball. This gives basic protection to your guitar. For extra security, use a 2 mm or 5/64’’ Allen key or screwdriver to tighten it up. You can also attach it permanently with the micro cone - top screw. When it comes to maintenance, keep the strap locks clean. Wipe them with a soft cloth regularly. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they can damage the finish. If you notice any loose parts, tighten them up right away to keep your guitar secure.
