Overloud SuperCabinet Library: Brit 1960 4x12 V30

The Choptones Supercab IR Library captures a Marshall* 1960 A 4x12 with Celestion Vintage 30 speakers. The Brit 1960 4x12 V30 offers over 300 IRs from a systematic capture using 12 microphones, 8 - 16 positions per mic, and multiple Mic preamps. This cabinet, with a slanted front, closed - back, and solid Birch plywood construction, is a staple for modern rock tones. The Celestion Vintage 30, a guitar world favorite, handles power and overdrive well, delivering warm lows, rich mids, and detailed highs. Captures were done with a motorized mic stand for consistency. Microphones like AKG C414, Audio Technica 2035, and more were used, each with multiple positions and distances. Measurements were repeated with different Mic preamps (Neve 1073 and a German preamp). This library is made for the TH - U Supercabinet, allowing you to graphically browse IRs, blend them for custom tones, use the Multiband mode, and export in .wav format for major hardware and software.
