Overloud SuperCabinet Library: CHP Brit Tall 4x12 BB

The CHP Brit Tall 4x12 BB is an outstanding Choptones SuperCabinet IR Library. It was created by capturing a rare Marshall 1982B LTD JH 4x12 cabinet with Rola Celestion G12H30 Black Back speakers. This cabinet features a straight - front, closed - back, and solid plywood construction. Only 200 of these cabinets, known as 'The Jimi Cabinet,' were ever made. The speakers are a scarce 1970s version of the famous H30, producing a warm sound with great clarity. The captures for this library were done using a motorized mic stand with 12 high - quality microphones, with 8 to 16 positions for each mic and multiple Mic preamps, resulting in over 300 IRs. The microphones used include AKG C414, Audio Technica 2035, Audix i5, and more. Each microphone was placed in 4 different horizontal positions and at two distances, creating 8 IRs per mic. Some mics also had off - axis (45 deg) measurements. All measurements were repeated twice with two different Mic preamps: a Neve 1073 and a German preamp.
