Product Detail

The Choptones Supercab IR Library captures the sound of a Fender Princeton Custom Reverb '68 1x10 with Celestion Ten 30 speakers. The Fend Prince110 T30 offers an extensive and systematic capture using 12 microphones, with 8 - 16 positions for each mic and multiple Mic preamps, resulting in over 300 IRs. The cabinet features a straight - front, open - back solid wood construction from a modern Fender Princeton amp. The speaker has a surprisingly large sound, with warm lows and a musical mid - range. Its articulate top - end balances clean tones nicely and adds sparkle to overdriven tones. Captures were done with a motorized mic stand for consistent measurements. Microphones used include AKG C414, Audio Technica 2035, Audix i5, and more. Each mic was placed in four horizontal positions and two distances, and some were measured off - axis. All measurements were repeated with two different Mic preamps. This library is made for the TH - U Supercabinet, allowing you to graphically browse IRs, blend multiple IRs for custom stereo guitar tones, compose new cabinet tones in Multiband mode, and export crafted IRs in .wav format for major hardware modelers and software IR loaders.

Using this Overloud Fender Princeton 1x10 T30 SuperCabinet IR Library is easy. First, make sure you have the TH - U Supercabinet software installed. Once it's up and running, you can start graphically browsing through the IRs in the library. Pick the ones you like and blend them to create your own unique and huge stereo guitar tones. If you want to get really creative, use the Multiband mode to compose new cabinet tones. When you're happy with your creation, you can export it in .wav format and use it with your favorite hardware modelers or software IR loaders. As for maintenance, keep your software up - to - date to ensure compatibility and the best performance. Also, make sure to store your library files in a safe place to avoid data loss. And don't forget to back up your crafted IRs regularly, just in case.
